DEI Cryogenic Cooling systems. DEI Cryogenic systems use the power of CO2 to cool the intake air and reduce the
temperature of the fuel entering the engine. The colder the air entering the engine the more oxygen it contains meaning
that more fuel can be burnt in each combustion cycle, this leads to increased power. A 10Celsius drop in intake

Cry02 - The principles
The CryO² is a revolutionary new, award wining product designed to reduce the temperature of the air/fuel intake charge thus
creating power. Through the science of aerodynamics and cryogenics, Design Engineering has developed a system to harness the
cryogenic properties of liquid Co² to lower the air/fuel intake charge by up to 60%. The system is modular and can be easily
expanded. The CryO² system provides two methods of cooling the air charge and one method of cooling the fuel charge, all utilizing
the same burst of liquid Co². Co² is readily available at any welding supply shop or where paintball guns are charged. Welcome to

Tank Kit
The foundation to every CryO² System. Must have this kit to utilize CryO² components. The kit includes a 5 or
10 pound Co² tank, cryogenic solenoid valve, all necessary fittings, 14 ft. stainless steel hose, full wide open
switch, arming switch, and wiring kit. Only one kit is needed to operate all the CryO² components.

The CryO2 Timer switch is a revolutionary controller that lets the racer set and change the on and off duration
of the CryO2 system . Properly using the timer switch will keep all components cool and let the horse power run
free. Racers mount up with our CryO2 Timer and let heat soak be a thing of the past!

The dramatic purge effect that people have come to love is now availiable at a fraction of the cost of other
systems on the market. They can be used as a vent to a CryO2 system or as a stand alone show system. Must
be used with a CryO2 Tank and Install kit (#080100 or #080102). The purges come in single or dual vents and
the supply line can be split multiple times for multiple bursts around the car. You can also use the purge
system seperate from the CryO2 performane system buy utilizing the purge kits that includes a solenoid vave
and extension hose. This set-up will seperate the performance from the show purge.

The CryO² Air Intake consists of an aerodynamically designed bulb with a cryogenic chamber which is mounted
in a 4" segment of air tube. The air passes over the bulb, heat is removed from the air charge resulting in a
colder, denser, more powerful charge. Dyno testing showed a reduction in intake air temperature of more than
50 degrees. The CryO² Air Intake can be used on turbocharged, supercharged or naturally aspirated
applications. Multiple units can be used for colder results. Installs in minutes and comes with silicone
connection sleeve, hose clamps and connection / vent hose.

The CryO² Intercooler Sprayer mounts directly to the front of the intercooler or aftercooler and vents the liquid
Co² directly onto the cooling fins, thus enhancing the performance of the intercooler by more than 50%. This
component must always be the last in the CryO² system as it vents the liquid Co² charge.

By misting an intercooler’s surface with the Water Sprayer and then venting CO2 on the intercooler’s cooling
fins, the intercooler is further chilled resulting in a cooler denser intake charge enhancing a vehicles
performance for extended periods of time. Each Intercooler Water Sprayer Kit comes complete with reservoir,
mounting hardware, flexible hose lines, wiring, push button activation switch, nozzle tubes, connectors and
installation instructions.

The CryO² Fuel Bar is a billet aluminum extension to the fuel line with a cryogenic chamber. The bar is charged
with liquid Co² and freezes to -80 degrees f. Heat is removed from the fuel as it passes through resulting in a
colder fuel charge. The CryO² Fuel Bar comes in -6AN and -10AN (can be reduced for -8AN) fuel line size. Four
cryo-ports allow versatility of installation. Comes complete with vent plug, cryo-port plugs and connection/vent
hose. The CryO² Fuel Bar can be used alone or in conjunction with other Co² components. It comes either
anodized or polished with engraved DEI flame logo.
