While accelerating out of a turn, this system gives greater power to the outside wheel, reducing inside-wheel spin. This allows the driver to begin accelerating earlier, exiting the corner at a higher speed. The system has been used in rally and Formula One cars. The effect is that while there is still torque steer, it’s now a gentle tug rather than a huge lane-changing yank.....
